Here you can start developing your personal profile.
The edit buttons will allow you to add information and delete information as you see fit.
You may also make information 'private' or 'public' by selecting either preference within the 'edit' option of that category.
At any time, you may 'view my public page' (located under the navigation bar) so that you may see what is currently being shown to the public.
Upload a Photo
Add an image to represent yourself on the site by using the 'edit photo' option. You may change this at any time.
Add information to your page about yourself under the different categories:

Describe your experience, strength and hope or anything you want members to know about yourself.
gratitude list
Whatever you are grateful for! We recommend writing a new one every day--As author, Dr. Ron B. suggested, "Gratitude is the streetcar to a better attitude."
groups
Create a group by using the 'edit' option next to groups. You may invite anyone to join. You are automatically a member of 'The Rest Stop' community group. you may edit your groups, delete yourself from them and so on under the 'edit' option. You may also access the 'groups' page through the 'community' tab in the navigation bar at the top of the page.
journal
Keep track of your personal events, vent about anything or just free write! You may select these entries to be 'private' or 'public' within the 'edit' option.
posts
You may add posts to the Sharing Wall through the 'add/edit' option or through the home-page link 'the sharing wall' and then choosing the 'add a post' option. You may edit these thoughts. You may also save others' 'sharing wall' posts to your own page. See below.

Here members share their thoughts with the public. You may add a post, and select whether or not you would like to be anonymous.
save/report
You may also 'save' posts to your own 'my page' by selecting the 'save' option within the post you like. If you find a post to be inappropriate, select the 'report' option within that particular post, state your reason and then send it off to us. See Code of Conduct for more info.
